Mouse Entry Gap Under an Electric Meter in Atlanta

The electric meter box is mounted crookedly in the bricks, leaving a gap under one corner that mice got through

It doesn't look like the electrician who installed this meter box took very much pride in their work. There's no evidence of even an attempt to make the box level with the bricks, much less seal around it. The mice were very grateful.
