How Bats Got Into a House in Marietta

The drip edge is integral with the rain gutter but was installed in such a way as to leave a gap behind the buckled metal

The drip edge is integral to the rain gutter in this picture, but it was installed poorly and left a gap where the bats could get through. There must have been a gap in the fascia further on down that the bats used to get into the house.
