Entry Hole at a Mouse Control Job in Canton, Georgia

Water damage at the bottom of the garage door trim created a gap through which mice got into a house in Canton Georgia

How mice got into this house in Canton

It looks to me like that opening was caused by water damage. It also looks like it's been there for a while because it appears to have been painted over at least once. My guess is that they tried to seal the hole with caulking, putty, or spackling compound, but it fell out. However it happened, it's how mice got into this house in Canton, Georgia.
