How mice got into this Stone Mountain home
This is probably the third most-common way for mice to get into homes. (The first is under garage doors, and the second is through foundation vents.) It's common for a gap to be left between the door trim and the concrete to prevent water damage to the trim. But over time, water can erode the framing behind the trim and create a gap that mice can get through. That's how the mouse problem in this house in Stone Mountain, Georgia began.
