Squirrels Got into the Attic of this House in Dallas, Georgia

Three inch gap in the edge of the roof allowed gray squirrels to easily get into the attic of a house in Dallas Georgia

How squirrels got into this attic in Dallas

This looks like a relatively new house. The wood looks new and there's little or no staining.

The newness of the house was unimportant to the squirrels, however. What attracted them to the house was that huge construction gap in the roof. It allowed the squirrels to get into the attic of this house in Dallas, Georgia without so much as having to lift a tooth.

The good news is that the lack of staining suggests that this is a very new squirrel infestation. We'll still have to trap and remove the squirrels and seal them out of the house, but chances are that the cleanup will be easier because the squirrels didn't have as much time to make a mess in the attic.
