Construction Gap Allowed Rats into this Alpharetta, Georgia Home

Why this house in Alpharetta needs rat removal
These gaps are typical. Almost all houses have them. This inch-and-a-quarter gap between the plywood roof sheathing and the fascia allowed rats to get into the attic of this Alpharetta, Georgia home.
I can't see the top edge of the fascia, but the plywood looks pretty dirty. This is probably a well-established rat infestation. No worries. We have plenty of traps and we know how to use them. You might say that we are to rat traps what Steve Martin is to banjo playing. We're men with traps who know how to use them. Maybe that should be our new motto.
We'll trap and remove all the rats from the attic of this Alpharetta home, and then seal it up tight to keep the rats out for good.
