Raccoon hole in the soffit of a house in Marietta
Judging by the size of the hole, this hole was made by a young raccoon spending its first winter away from home. Most young male raccoons leave their mothers' nests in the fall and spend the winter on their own or with other young male raccoons.
We'll fix the water damage, replace that section of soffit panel, and seal up the house to keep raccoons from getting in.
