Poorly-Adjusted Garage Door Allowed Rats into a House in Suwanee, Georgia

One inch gap between the garage door and the pavement and a hole gnawed through the seal next to the stained door trim at a house in Suwanee Georgia

How rats got into a garage in Suwanee

This rat infestation at a house in Suwanee, Georgia all started with the garage door not being properly adjusted. The gap between the bottom of the door and the pavement gave the rats a starting point to start chewing their way into the garage, and that's exactly what they did. You can see the rub marks on the bottom of the door frame next to the chew hole.

We'll replace the weather seal, properly adjust the garage door, trap and remove any rats who are already in the house, and seal the entire house to prevent any more rats from getting into this house in Suwanee.
