Whoever ran those pipes cut the notch much bigger than it needed to be, and then didn't seal around it to keep raccoons and other animals out of the attic of this house in Atlanta. The raccoons took that as an open-door policy and moved right on into the attic.

We'll trap and remove the raccoons, and seal up the house to keep raccoons and other wildlife out.
