Rat entry gap into an attic in Atlanta
The only difference between a tree rat and a roof rat is where it's living. When they're in the trees, they're tree rats. When they're living in buildings, they're roof rats.
This gap between the sheathing and fascia of a house in Atlanta allowed tree rats to become roof rats.
We'll trap and remove the rats and seal them out of the attic.
