Raccoon hole into a house in Marietta

This one was definitely a case of water damage. The raccoon basically poked its way through the damaged wooden soffit panel, bending the soffit vent in the process, to get into the attic of this house in Marietta.

We'll find and rectify the water problem, replace the soffit panel and vent, trap and remove the raccoons, and seal the house to prevent raccoons or other animals from getting into the house.
