Unusual Squirrel Hole into a House in Atlanta
Squirrel hole into a house in Atlanta
This squirrel hole is slightly unusual because it was gnawed downward into the house, creating a hole through which water could get in and cause additional damage. This is unusual only because squirrels typically use existing gaps as starting points to gnaw into a house, and vertical gaps are more common than horizontal ones. The squirrels themselves don't care.
We'll seal that hole and any other gaps we find to keep squirrels out of the attic of this house in Atlanta, trap and remove any squirrels who are in there already, and repair any water damage.
