Mouse entry gap into a house in Atlanta

It's common to leave a gap at the bottom of wooden trim to reduce the chances of water damage. As water erodes the concrete, it can open up gaps that mice use to get into the house. That's how the mice got into this house in Atlanta.

We'll trap and remove the mice and seal all the gaps to keep them out of the house.
