Gray Squirrel Damage to the Ridge Vent of a House in Chattanooga

Squirrels badly chewed the plastic ridge vent on the peak of the roof of a house in Chattanooga Tennessee

Squirrel damage to a ridge vent in Chattanooga

This is a pretty common type of damage. Those plastic ridge vents aren't really squirrel-proof. In this case, it looks like it slowed down the squirrels enough that they never actually got into the attic; but the ridge vent itself is shot and will have to be replaced.

We'll replace the ridge vent, repair any other squirrel damage we find, and seal the roof so squirrels can't get into the attic of this house in Chattanooga.
