Loose Dryer Vent Allowed Mice into a House in Signal Mountain, Tennessee

A half inch gap between the bottom flange of the metal dryer vent and the brick wall allowed mice to get into a house in Signal Mountain Tennessee

How mice got into a house in Signal Mountain

That dryer vent was never properly installed. It should have been attached to the house on either the inside or the outside.

When the vent pipe started to sag, a gap opened up between the bottom flange of the vent and the brick wall, which allowed mice to get into this house in Signal Mountain, Tennessee.

We'll properly install a rodent-resistant dryer vent to keep the mice out of the house.
