Gap Behind the Soffit Trim Allowed Bats into an Attic in East Brainerd, Tennessee

Tapered gap about half an inch at its widest point between the roof soffit trim and the stone wall allowed bats into the attic of a house in east Brainerd Tennessee

Bat entry gap into a house in East Brainerd

Here's another case of sloppy construction allowing bats to get into a house. It's tough to trim of a stone house because of the irregularities in the surface, but that gap should have at least been sealed to prevent bats from getting up into the soffit, and from there into the attic.

We'll properly seal that gap and any other entry points we find to keep bats out of the attic of this house in East Brainerd, Tennessee.
