Roof rat entry gap into an attic in Gainesville
Gaps between the roof sheathing and fascia are the most common way that roof rats get into attics. Having trees touching or overhanging the roof also increases the chances of a roof rat problem.
We'll trap and remove the rats from the attic, seal up the gaps in the roof, and trim back the tree branches touching the house, to keep roof rats out of the attic of this Gainesville, Georgia home.
