Why this House in Hiram, Georgia has Bats in the Attic

Quarter inch gap between the roof sheathing and the fascia board behind the rain gutter needs to be sealed to keep bats out of the attic of a house in Hiram Georgia

Bat gap into the attic of a house in Hiram

That little gap was big enough for bats to get into the attic. The amount of staining on the top of the fascia board suggests that the bats have been there for some time, but not a very long time. It's very possible that they only moved in earlier this year.

We'll seal up that gap, as well as any other entry points we find, to get the bats out of the attic of this house in Hiram, Georgia.
