Sagging Soffit Panel Allowed Squirrels into a Columbus, Georgia Home

A section of soffit panel around a vertical pipe is sagging on one end which allowed squirrels to climb into the soffit of a Columbus Georgia home.

Squirrels got in through the soffit in Columbus

The soffit panel started sagging on its own, probably because it was slightly bent when that air-conditioning line was passed through the panel. That allowed gray squirrels to climb the pipe and get into the soffit through the gap.

We'll trap and remove the squirrels from this house in Columbus, Georgia. We'll also repair the squirrel damage and animal-proof the house.
