Why this House in Johns Creek, Georgia Needs Roof Rat Removal

The vertical bricks near the soffit panel are jagged and created a gap that needs to be sealed to keep roof rats out of a Johns Creek Georgia home.

Roof rat gap into a house in Johns Creek

The gaps at the top of the bricks appear to be the result of less-than-wonderful bricklaying, and probably have been there since the house was built. It just took the roof rats a while to find them.

We have a crew setting traps in the attic to non-chemically catch and remove the rats from this house in Johns Creek, Georgia. They'll also seal that gap and any other potential rodent entry points they find to prevent future infestations.
