Rat control job at a house in Sandy Springs
The problem was that rats were getting into this house in Sandy Springs, Georgia through a broken pipe, but no one knew exactly where it was. Even smoke tests don't help very much when the break in a pipe is hidden inside an inaccessible void like a wall or ceiling.
We use a variety of methods to find these breaks so they can be sealed as part of the rat-exclusion job. But it's still basically educated guesswork that at some point has to get down to cutting a hole through the Sheetrock to find and close the hole.
Justin A. and Tim M. are the two technicians in the video. Jason M. was the cameraman.
