Bat trap installed at a house in Johns Creek
This is one of the "check valve" type traps that we use, in this case at a Johns Creek, Georgia bat-removal job. The bats can easily get out of the house, but they can't figure out how to get back inside.
"Bat removal" is a bit of a misnomer. We don't actually remove bats from a home. The bats conveniently remove themselves every night when they leave the house to feed on insects. All we do is prevent them from getting back in, and then seal them out once all the bats are out of the attic.
